Up a little, fluid replacement (thank goodness). Today is going to be a scorcher. Tomorrow likewise. It's still June. What will August be like?

The weather this year is truly unusual, isn't it? In Ontario where I live we don't usually get the scorchers until late July, into August and we've already had one set of scorchers/recorder breakers and heading into another this long week-end. Glad your weight is up a bit. Who would have thought on a weight loss site we would be congratulating you on gaining! Life is funny!

Not bad going Fledgist... You are pretty much the same weight you were in mid- April. That's good maintenance for you :-)
