Weigh in at TOPS and lost 3 pounds....sounds good but it's what I put on last week. I'll take it though as a loss is a loss, still have another 5 pounds to lose to get to my lowest weight thus far. Eloise and I are trying to come up with better ideas for activity to help take the weight off since we have both lost more than 100 pounds to this point. Much harder to lose it now, plus we are in our 70's now and have limiting health issues. But we are stronger than our limits and we will do this!
