Ready to get going now. I have come face to face with the fact that I have regained my weight so tediously lost over the last year. So disheartening when I was within 3 pounds of goal weight and felt so wonderful. I want that feeling again. I now feel heavy and bloated, rightly so, carrying a sack of 15 extra pounds around. I want to just get it off and keep it off. Getting back to the food diary. It took a lot of courage to get on the scale, and I would only get on after I thought I had lost a little weight. I think I will do 3 days, of strength training and 3 days of aerobics. I want to be gentle with my knees so that I can continue to be active. Group activities at the gym are going to be out because I will hurt myself doing moves that are not good for me. I pulled my old menues, so I will grocery shop to get back on that plan. I need will power from the Lord and small goals. I would like to be at 141 next Wednesday. I can be where I was lasr birthday again by my birthday this year if I just plan on 2 pounds a week. Setting a visible goals makes this seem more doable. I can do some exercise morning and evening and keep strength training, and work on balance in the evenings on the wii. Coloring my hair back has given me more energy and I think I will keep it colored. Going to bed early has allowed more order in my life so I love that. I take time for bible reading and prayer, for exercise, and meal preparation and am getting to work everyday on time. I love it. I thank God for His Mercy and Blessings.
