Slept well, up at 7:30 to go to TOPS. Gained 3pounds....not what I want but reflective of what I ate the week. Only I can change this and I need to do it. Angie came by and cut yard for the first time this year. Will talk to Eloise later. Went out to spa after supper to exercise.
