Hello all of my FS friends! I hope everyone has had a great bit of time since noone has had to read my jibberish babbles., lol. Well, I survived St Patrick's day, just barely with 1 day of piece and quiet (health-wise) sorta, and then on the 19th, the boyfriend cooked a St Joseph's Day meal of Spaghetti and clam sauce along with having a nice healthy salad, soft fluffy (I guess you could call it that) Italian bread followed by Zeppoles., and I thought corned beef and cabbage was a lot. Anyway, been working with the Fitbit i bought and slowly stepping up my goals., starting with 10,000 steps per day with an activity reminder every hour from 8-6 daily and a 30 minutes solid activity goal per day. So far I've hit my goal of steps 3 days in a row and once I'm comfortable there, I'll add to it. But until then, I had to come in and say hello and not let anyone forget about me.., lol.
