Messed up day again yesterday. No biggie though, I got by without cheating on my diet. Tummy is mostly all better today so back to normal eating and no pepto. Slight climb in weight, not enough water when sick to compensate for extra loss so I really need to up it again, esp. when sick. TOM is over so that shouldn't have a stall effect anymore. So happy publix (greenwise section) had coconut oil in stock and at a reasonable price. I hate driving to whole foods since it so far away (except on weekends from the market) and when I can go easily it is always super crowded in that parking lot. Plus it's a little expensive for a lot of the stuff I do buy there. I'm kind of glad I ran out of bacon (and eggs) and went to get more since I actually remembered to check for it. Almost time to make lunch. Decisions, decisions.
