I am down another two pounds, and officially out of the 190's. It feels good.
This weekend went poorly, both exercise and diet-wise. I skipped my Saturday workout, and I ate at TGIFriday's yesterday. Crap.
Thankfully I have the rest of this week to "make up" for my weekend badness. :-)
Veganism continues to go well and to surprise me every day. I had no idea how much food contains animal products. I was at my parents' house the other day, and looked in their fridge, and litereally nothing in there was edible for me. Crazy!
