Down a bit more. 11 stone 4 lbs (71.67 kg). BMI 22.7. Still not stable. I see my GP in August and I'll discuss how many calories I need to consume with her. She'd said 17-1800 back in February, and I've been doing about that since, but I'm still going down, even though I've hit my goal and my safety weight.

Your metabolism must be higher than she thought..... Which is a good thing. I am sure once you get to your "ideal" weight for you and up those calories slightly, you will be ok. Trouble is, once we get there, it is quite hard to up calories - you just get used to eating at a certain level.

A good point. I am at the weight I want to stick at. I don't really want to lose any more, and I also don't want to gain any.
