Marginally lower. I do need to keep my weight stable and it seems harder to do than I'd thought.

Stability is proving to be a challenge, isn't it. Hope it becomes easier because I sense you are a bit frustrated with this process.

It is frustrating, indeed. I was expecting I'd fluctuate around a couple of pounds. But it hasn't been that at all.

You have done this 'diet' on your own? Is there no one to go to for advice. Perhaps if you weighed less often, but that's scary too, cause it can get too out of hand. Hopefully it will stabilize sooner than later. Cause it is a pain in the ?@#$ to constantly have to watch and wonder.
