I have been trying to lose weight since the first of the year. Lost .6 this a.m. Total of 10 so far. At a plateau the last few weeks, with lots of ups and downs. Today is my first day here.

Let's do this! What plan are you using?

I am doing low carb, no sugar, no dairy. But sneak in some cheese sometimes and a small desert. Giving up white flour and carbs seems to work for me. So will plug along. I also do some protein shakes with fruit.?
