Some weeks are just harder, it's just that simple. Just stay committed. You still lost more than FOUR STICKS OF BUTTER!!! That's perfect!! One to two pounds a week is absolutely perfect. I understand frustration with working out and aiming for more. Get your house craving free and get all the no-no foods out so you will not be tempted! :) It was hard for me to do, but the best thing I ever did! I replaced them with foods that I could have and not feel so guilty about. You have a great chart and you are doing wonderful!! Keep up the great work!! :)
