I found this site on day 2 of the Fat Smash Diet. I have done this before half-heartily and STILL lost weight. I figure if I commit to it I will actually reach my goal. I am starting again with Phase I - detox. Except this time, I got my roommate to join me! Good Luck everyone. It's mind over matter. EAT (the right foods) don't starve yourself.

My roommate did this diet and said it worked well for her too, so she got me to do it as well. We will be starting day after tomorrow (got to go shopping). Good Luck!
