Weighed in at Doctors 1/31/18 at 257.6lbs she said it was time to lose the weight. I sopped smoking last year 2/4/17 and gained about 20 lbs, now I would like to get back to my ideal size 10 which is for me around 160 lbs and I feel great and look healthy at that weight. I had a trainer back in 2005 who helped me lose 105 lbs and I did not stick to my new life style... New marriage and many buffets later I gained most of it back then I quit smoking, now no excuses same husband and he is now supporting my new adventure, not getting any younger...
