I do fine up until about 4pm when I feel out-of-control ravenous. Yesterday I ate some gruyere and fresh cherries to get over that feeling. It helped. Then we had some chicken teriyaki stir fry with rice from sekisui. I ate only a part of the order. Meeting mom for lunch there today, so I'll have chirashi bowl. When I get back, it's time to start packing up little things.
