I need to excersize every day... I will excersize every day!!! I went three days without cheating on my diet, then it was all down hill. Within those three days I lost 2lbs, by the end of the week I lost .2lbs! You would think the 2lbs would have been motivation enough to keep me going. All's I can do is let go of the past and focus on the future! I will do this, I will weigh 130lbs!!! I will be healthy!!! I will run a 5k!!! I will feel comfartable in a swim suite!!!
