5 miles--took a full tablespoon of coconut oil with coffee and heavy cream this morn--actually felt the energy for the first 4 miles--good pace--felt great until the last mile and then began to slow a bit--4th day on 75% fat, 22% protein and 3% carb program--should be getting my MCT oil early next week--can't wait to try it
