been a tough week. I am new to this. I see I need to change my diet in a serious way....i eat to many carbs....i need to start an exercise programme....my goal is to loose this weight in 4-6 months

Sorry to hear about your injury, maybe look into DDP yoga it’s wonderful for people who have injuries. Good luck!

How do your work out eating 1700 calories a day gets you to lose 0.8kg's a week?

Just that i am eating around 800 calories and am losing 1kg a week.

Tinycel everyone is different. You cannot compare your rate of loss and amount of calories consumed to somebody else's. It doesn't work that way.

Tinycell it all goes down to what method you are following. Experiment and find your balance.

i just put in my weight and age and it said to eat 1700 calories a day....i drink lots of water and have started to exercise...as Big Boy says each person is different.....u must go with what suits you.....
