sad sad sad starting again today hopefully now with my thyroid on meds I can do this.

I know how easy it is to binge. after one helping distract yourself with a walk or browsing FS. you must enter your food anyway, so you could do it between servings. A walk outside is always better for emotional relief.

My thyroid also decided to pack up so know the feeling but even so I believe we can beat this weight I start today again aswell feeling positive!!
