okay some things are starting to change with my body. this is the first weekend I lost weight I didn't make any effort whatsoever to try to eat right or healthy. my appetite is not very much anymore. I'm thinking the weignt I am now if I don't start eating more I'm going to to lose weight without trying. I always told myself and everybody else take your body wait times 10 is the amount of calories your body burns naturally. so that would mean I'm burning around 2000 calories a day now. and recently I haven't even been making that number so it all makes sense.
