That was the hardest five pounds I have lost in sometime. Now to get over the hump of 300 ... Some of you may be getting sick and tired of hearing about my 300 but even though it is on deaf ears I appreciate the Karma. Keep the Faith.

It definitely is not falling on deaf ears! I'm hearing ya....I just got over that hump a few weeks ago and am now working on the 80 hump in twoterville. Come join me!! I could use the company.
