Well this is upsetting - I have been tracking regularly for over a week, keeping up with my goal to track for 28 days, and - I gained a lb. It's a bit frustrating. It's not unusual for me to gain a lb or 2 over the weekend, but it usually comes off by now. Not this time, hmmm. Well I am tracking everything, EXCEPT for the chocolate bites that I snack on all day long, hmmm...could that be the problem? Yeah, probably. Chocolate is one thing I cannot give up, it's like the Arkenstone, or the One Ring, my Precious <spoken with evil Gollum voice> Yeah well, I guess that will be the NEXT thing I work on, make a note of just how many times a chocolate bite goes in my mouth. They're not exactly calorie-free, you know.

I have "heard" dark chocolate is not too bad for you but I am not sure. you could just be retaining water. try drinking 8oz of water for every choc you have see if it helps?

that's like when I get a payday I break it down to 4 quarters a quarter a day.that seems to work.for me
