I've gained again. I was SO tickled to have gotten down to 169, but i have not been eating as well as i should. And i think the largest problem is that i have been so busy lately that, although i weigh and check my BMI, i have not exercised as faithfully as i was. I need to get back on schedule, and put what little exercise i usually do as my top proiority!
