Well it's been a while since I last tracked, and no big surprise but my weight is up. Since the holiday season has begun (It's the most fattening time of the year) I have decided it is IMPERATIVE that I track everyday; therefore I am making a deal with myself. It is exactly four weeks to Christmas. Whether I stay with the plan or overindulge isn't the goal, the goal is to track EVERY DAY over the next four weeks. It's always easier to track at work, since I'm sitting in front of a computer. It's the weekends where I tend to stumble on tracking. So, my goal is to track every day for the next four weeks, and if I do this I will buy myself a post-Christmas gift. Something fun, frivolous and non-food: A book or Funko Pop from my Amazon wish list, a new outfit, maybe even a pedicure, haha! Never paid for one of those before. So again, the goal is to track, and if over the next 4 weeks I lose 2 1/2 lbs to get back to my pre-move weight of 142.5, that will be a nice bonus!
