Not a massive loss, but again slow and steady and in the right direction. :)

Days are just flying past, but I still hate the clock changing back!!!
What is the point?
I made dinner really early last night as I forgot to have lunch (overnight oats are keeping me full for so much longer ) . It was only 6.30 pm when we were finished, the woodburner was roaring......but I just couldn't settle for the night. It was just too early!!! So I went back into the kitchen and attempted to make another seitan loaf. They are getting better all the time. And the awesome thing about seitan is: low fat, high in protein and totally cruel free. A win in so many ways :)

Congrats on the loss - slow and steady is the better way I think. I hate the clocks going back too.
