So I gained .4 pounds this week. I have stuck to eating only food on the list but obviously I am not eating enough. I just do not have an appetite. Been drinking 1/2 my weight in ounces of water and exercising. I will not give up. Didn't eat any Easter Candy or any of my birthday cake yesterday......

Off to the Dr today for an eval and see what type of meds they suggest for my lovely mood these days. Just praying it won't cause me to gain weight. Looking forward to Wednesday. Going to Pauley's Island to see a friend. Can't wait to get out of here for awhile.......When I come back, I need to make some critical decisions so I am hoping I am thinking clearer by then because right now I am living in a cloud......

good luck w/ your appt....and when you feel your focus regaining strength - take some time to really "meal plan" for your day. I know, (from my own personal experience) just how hard it is to get your calories up - and be worried that that is going to be a problem - but that WAS the problem...between exercising and eating too low of calories, I was creating my own stall. My body simply was holding on to every last drop of fat as a protection method to starving. And I was at 11-1300 calories at the time. I am now at 14-1600 calories and everything else is the same, (same water, exercise, total carbs @ 20g's, etc..) and the scale is moving again. Of course everyone is different, but "meal planning" was very beneficial to me - so I could figure out what I liked, what fit into my day...what to shop for at the grocery store...etc. Best of luck to you - chin up - that's where you'll find your sunshine today!
