getting back on track! yesterday was perfect, mass gym session, fruit and veg all day. i feel alot better after it. still really wish i was bacl down around 83kg but ill get back there soon. once i have about 4 days good in a row i usually feel 'ON A ROLL' so if i can stay good for the next couple days then i should be right and it should et easier after that
