This is no coincidence and is quite alarming! As I was waking up happy this morning looking forward to my oatmeal, tuna wrap and brown rice, I experienced the ultimate tight pants freak out when getting dressed for work. Something is not right 🤔 I was eating pretty much around my RDI and exercising.
