Great kick off to the new month! Officially I am down 19 pounds for the year and I am going into the second quarter of this year very strong! My next 5 pound goal will take my BMI out of the Obese and into the Over Weight classification! TOWANDA!!!
It is now 2:45PM on Friday and my energy level is great. 5:23PM, due to lack of focus I just went up to 1500 Calories which is not terrific since this is only day 2 of my mini challenge:( Yikes, new habits are hard to form. I have a cup of hot peppermint tea in hand, settling in for the night and everything including my appetite is alright. Hoping to keep my word on April 3rd:)
