Maybe this plateau is finally breaking. It was getting discouraging being at the same weight or up for several weeks.

Don't fret - every once in a while your body needs to redistribute it's weight (or something like that). Lots of changes are happening when the scale isn't moving. Keep doing what you know works and it will move again. Remember weight is only one way to measure progress. How your clothes are fitting, how strong you feel, if you are losing inches are all good ways of measuring progress.
