I didn't lost a single gram!! whaaaat??!!! :'(

Brother, it's been three days... may have retained water, may have built muscle. Are you taping yourself to detect changes in your shape/size? It's the surefire way to tell what's going on when the scale obfuscates.

You know..I've spent weeks at the exact same weight or more....only to drop big weight the following weeks. Weight loss isn't linear......Hang in there
