Down a bit more today. I am a bit surprised. The last time I weighed this little was thirty years ago. 71.94 kilos. 11 stone 4.6 lbs. I really must level off, and I'm eating enough, I think, to do so. I like the message when I sign off "You have reached your goal weight."

Wow.... Well done Fledgist... I have found that since I have upped my calories, and am not really bothered too much about loosing weight, that I am loosing!!! Ok - all be it slowly.... Sometimes my weight graph shows I stayed the same - but I don't register part pounds - and ALWAYS loose a bit each week. I have come to the conclusion, that my body is now used to getting more calories and is letting the weight/fat go..... Maybe yours is doing the same :-)

Just had a quick peek at your diet calendar..... If you are logging everything still - you arepretty low on calories, apart from the last 2 days. I have set my RDI at 1400 but very often have 1500 or 1600... We are about the same weight - although you will need more calories as you are male. I would think regularly eating 1700-1800 would be about right for you initially - I would think you may still loose at that.... But it gives you a starting point. It's hard upping calories, after adjusting your lifestyle to low calories :-)

I think you're right. It's going to take a lot of care to keep my weight stable.

Hi guy, maybe you need to eat more 'pork pies' - lol. How are things on that front? Imaging thinking you have to eat MORE - go figure! Enjoy the extra calories!

Well thats a nice problem to have..needing to eat more..I know it will be hard at first as we have been programed to eat a little less..but you sure don't need to lose any more..or you will be scaunny..LOL...:O)
