Been trying intermittent fasting and while the scale weight is slow...did lose 18.5 inches. I have a lot of stomach bloat and have been told I have insulin resistance, so I am hoping with these intermittent fasts, it will get my body back to normal. I've read the 5:2 plan and The Obesity Code and lots of web sites too, so here's hoping!!!!
