This week went much better than expected. It wasn't my "time" yet, so I didn't gain the typical 1-2 pounds that I usually do. I even lost more than a pound :D
Exercising went pretty well. I'm starting to grow tired of my routine though. All I usually do is elliptical and walking for cardio, and core exercises on occasion. I guess it's time to mix things up ;)
I tried working on my boredom eating this week and the solution so far has been to not be in my room and go out and do something.
Food-wise, I'm starting to feel restricted. Not a whole lot, but when I get to the end of the day and I'm still hungry when I have no more calories left to spare is upsetting. I tried my best to stick to it though. So far, it's paid off.
I have about 3 more weeks until my next goal deadline. We'll see what happens. If I remain focused, good things will happen. If it's not my time of the month, then I'd like to see a 132.~ next week. I'd also like to continue to work on boredom-eating and altering my food so I'm more satisfied by the end of the day.
