Have to start a renewed effort want to get down to 200 lbs and lose 25 pounds and be around 14-16% Body Fat. Lost almost 50 lbs in 10 months on the first round but then have been trying to put on lean muscle and bulk up...I think over the 2 years I probably have gained about 10 1bs of lean muscle by hitting the weight hard, but think I gained back 15 additional pounds which sucks! Going to try and limit the weights to 3 times a week and emphasize more cardio this spring and summer.. Have a goal of 10,000 steps a day right now...Seem to get sick a lot lately which is getting in the way of my goals very frustrating... Oh well onward and upward here we go! =)
