[i]hi all i have been litterly missing in action for a while i have been so bad probabbly due to lack of care and down on my self and alot of self pity i hate my self. im ugly and i dont know how my husband can stand me. really i dont like my self and i think it shows but no one is friend enough to tell me but hay i know it and thats probabbly the 1st step to healing. any way just keep me in your prayers love to all shelly.[/i]

what's goin' on Shelly? Maybe you need to get in touch w/ yourself to get to the root of your problem. I will keep you in my prayers girl. You need to look for the good in everything and try to hold your head up high. Life isn't always easy but you need to learn to look at the glass as half full instead of half empty... Maybe the weight issue is causing you to feel even worse. I'm sorry you are down. Are you still exercising? You know that will help relieve some of that frustration and stress don't cha?? Keep your chin, things will get better for you..
