As a treat from me to me, as per everyone's suggestion for hitting the 30kg loss mark, I went to Thailand for a 1 week boxing boot camp. It was incredible! The company was called Kombat Group Thailand, and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to either lose weight, get fit, tone or improve a martial arts and or boxing skill. They offer a weight loss program as well, in addition to either boxing, MuayThai, MMA! I also found the pricing to be reasonable, as it included accommodation, all meals, and all training! Thanks to all who pushed me to do something to celebrate. ;)
