well it has not been a great few weeks. the busy life has been getting the best of me. I have been avoiding following any sort of plan. It was hard to get myself to weigh in today because I knew it would be a large gain. I am not the type of person to give up even if I am the type of person to mess up. today is the day to start monitoring and cutting back caffeine, and sugar salt fat items. This is an important week to turn things around. I want to be feeling good by the csa conf in Orlando in May. very important to cut down on and avoid caffeine, sugar, salt and fat that only make me crave more.
