Well just down a pound, but got a new book coming and going to try intermittent fasting....Has anyone here done that...got to check the challenge board and see....Have a good day everyone!

I have been intermittent fasting for several months now. I usually eat twice a day, around 1:00pm and 7:00pm. I love it for many reason. First, combined with keto. I have lost 49lbs in 41/2 months. Second, it is so convenient. Two meals a day, two nice filling meals a day is so much easier to deal with. Food becomes less of a focus. Third, I also much prefer to exercise in the morning in a fasted state....I honestly don't ever see myself going back to eating any other way. Good luck.

Morning 2426girl...I have just finished my book, "The Obesity Code" and found another book at Goodwill regarding fasting. You're doing an excellent job and it does sound do-able with less focus on eating every few hours and how time consuming that is...back in my day we always did 3 meals (portions were way smaller too) and we moved around instead of just being sedentary...so come Monday I am giving it a try...I look forward to following you for motivation...and yes, got to start some exercise and doing it in the fasted state makes more sense than burning off carbs and it being a never ending battle....so till then....Best of luck to you too!

So how are things going. I had family visiting over the past 10 days that I have not seen in years so I have not checked in. I'm not down but I have not gained an ounce so I'm really happy about that. How has the intermittent fasting been going for you. Have you found it difficult. Has it helped..
