Well , I've been staying down under 25 net carbs for 2 days now I did excercise weight is going up for some reason my body likes this weight it stayed there for like 20 years until menapause hit and I was a high as 170 but at least I was able to get rid of that ...I'm just gonna stay on target of 150 , try and excercise daily , also I've had horrible sleep lately my one dog is barking and driving me crazy I just want to sleep 8 hrs without that dog waking me up
