Thanks so much everyone! You are all so awesome! Yup, I'm almost over that first biiiig hurdle. I think things are about to get intense (in a good way) pretty soon. I'm excited about how I feel doing daily intermittent fasting. That was a pleasant surprise This whole deep ketosis experience, man! What a gift! Sooooo worth the bumps way back in the beginning. 👍😄
