Still no change on the weight. My workout today went well – didn’t think I was going to make it for the full 5k but I hung in there. Yesterday I managed to get a bit more yard work done and got the tires on my bike pumped up for a very quick ride around the neighbourhood. My wife and I headed to the mall so I could pick up a shirt or two (I really only have two ‘weekend’ shirts that fit now and she insisted that I get at least one new one before we had dinner with friends). Fortunately Macy’s was having a sale and I managed to get some designer shirts for a good price. Amazing change – a year ago I would not have even fit into the XL sizes for these brands – but I managed to squeeze into a Medium!
