Not sure what is going on. Staying very close to my RDI and weight is going up. Will keep on keeping on and pray the numbers start moving in the opposite direction.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Please help me keep my focus. Help me to continue to stay on track with my eating and make good choices for this body you have given me. I love you, Lord.

I am on the PRISM Program - Christian Based - I started in October and have lost 39 pounds as of 2/13 - next weigh in is on Monday (we only weigh every 6 weeks). There are daily readings and bible verses and reflection questions. This program has changed my life as well as 21 other people at my church who have been doing it together. In addition to the readings (WHICH ARE KEY) the main dietary premise is to eliminate all refined sugar (which is in practically everything) and refined white flour. And reduce your calorie level.
