Tried to stay really focused yesterday. Did slip a few times but overall I thought it went well. Although the scale didn't reflect any movement this morning. I joined two groups ~ crunching down and biggest loser spring challenge. I am a huge diet coke-a-holic perhaps joining a water challenge till 5 pm may help. We'll see.
