I decided to weigh myself today because I have a family party and I needed motivation not to carboload! I am beyond shocked 6 pounds in three days? What? That's one hell of a motivation. Worth the slight keto flu I've been dealing with!
If anyone knows any way to combat disaster pants let me know. As someone who lives with IBS-D getting back to keto is always bizarre for my body. I'm looking into good potassium and magnesium supplements but any other tips are super welcome! Also your favorite supplement brands would be awesome too!
Also, I've gotten a tip from a few of my favorite keto people to do a possible carb cycle every three or four days, what is y'alls opinion?
