congratulations on stopping the madness LOL we all have to start over now and again. That is called life. Hang in there and welcome back!

Miss Jenny, we've all slipped down that rabbit hole before. Falling isn't the problem, not getting back up is. 😉. Welcome back! You've got this girl!! 

Agree with everyone - we all slip up and go backwards at times! You are a rockstar and will regroup! 

The only thing you've done wrong is to beat yourself up over it! I just jumped back on the wagon again today, too, the past 10 days have been one of the most calorie laden 10 days of my life! lol But hey, here I am, and I will do it! And so will you!!! ;) 

@ClarityAnn... Funny you should use the term "rabbit hole"! You have no idea at the rabbit holes I've fallen down over the past year or so...LOL! EYE've learned so many UNBELIEVABLE things in the past year or so. So much so that I felt I had to find a way to deal with accepting my new reality. If I were to have an excuse, that would be the one I'd use...lol. Thank you! @HCB... Thank you, but YOU are the rock star here, my friend! I'm so proud of you for hanging in there! @Char... Thank you for the encouragement! Kudos to you for not going on an EXTENDED vacation! Awesomely done! Yes, we will! :)

FGJenny, so happy to "see" you back! You've helped me so much on MY journey. You have been AND STILL ARE a source of inspiration. No head hanging or shame is called for. The strength you show is AWESOME! 

Welcome back! I'm new here, but I understand how embarrassing it feels to gain back weight. I gained back 65 lbs myself, but the important thing is that we are getting back on track! There is no shame in that :) 

Been there, done that, Gained back 28lbs after losing almost 50lbs. It's an eye opener and so easily done. All you can do is climb back on the wagon and try to stay the course. You can do it!! 

Please don't beat yourself up. If it was easy we wouldn't need support.
