I knew I'd go up, but not as bad as I expected, considering we ate out last night. Had crab ravioli and an heirloom tomato salad with 1.5 small pieces of bread + butter. Skipped alcoholic drinks and desserts, so I didn't feel bloated. It's getting easier to control my bread intake and skip dessert after meals. I did have a popsicle mid-day yesterday and a piece of dark chocolate. I need to cut that out entirely, and I believe I can do that. I still feel really good today, much better than I did last month.
