Down a bit and doing well. I was feeling really sleepy after my run yesterday (been burning the candle at both ends for the last few weeks) so I just hung out at home and relaxed a bit while my wife went out for a ‘girls day at the spa.’ I hit up Costco in the afternoon and had to clean up the house in the afternoon since we were having some friends over for dinner.
Today I may need to work a bit, but I can take it easy for the most part.
