scale stayed the same, this morning's keto stick showing nothing. I'm experimenting with my food to see what works in weight loss and what keeps me happy, healthy and on a weight loss journey. (macro wise).
I'm delving in deep. If I want to lose weight and keep it off, I can't (and won't) be white knuckling it for the rest of my life. I can't be hungry or craving all the time.
I find when I'm in HFLC, I keep craving carbs. When I'm in LFHC I feel I'm always feeling like something is missing. When I eat healthy with little red meat, I feel hunger (2) hours after my meals.
I'm opting for a little of everything, but decreasing portions to a point of weight loss with satiety.
I just want to eat normally, keep healthy, without all of the drama...but me thinks I need to find out what that is for me.
