Well, at least I haven't moved up in weight at all today, but I'd rather be seeing it go down. I'm trying to keep track of what I'm eating and drinking lots of water. I generally don't drink anything else (except juices or the occasional soda) on a regular basis, so just drinking water isn't hard for me. It's the fact I have to drink so much water is what's getting to me. I seem to be going once an hour and that's not fun.

The next thing on my list to do is to start working out. Pretty much all of my muscles are non-existent, thus they're just flabs of fat. I think if I start converting them to muscle, I'll notice that'll have the body I want, even if it's not at a certain number on the scale.
