Yipppppeeeeeee!!! I have broken the former plateau of 133 pounds! Before this time around, I had been following a similar eating plan and doing a lot of cardio. I am now living proof that strength training busts a plateau. Ohhh yeah!
On the very much downside, I've had horrible intestinal gas for the last day. I have no idea what it's from, but I can liken the gas pains to that of the kind one gets after abdominal surgery (or a c-section). Very uncomfortable. I considered buying some kind of OTC remedy, but I'm not a big believer in medicine, unless it's for my kids, or unless I feel like hell and can't take it anymore. I'll ust deal with it. In case anyone else is reading, I hate to be crude about it, but does anyone else have gas pains??? I'm going to google it and see if it's a side effect of a change in diet and exercise routines.
